On the pitch

Attendance

Present, absent, late or excused with one tap — and the attendance rate comes out of it on its own.

Registers not marked

A training or match that went by unmarked stands at the top of the register, with "all present" one tap away.

Players & player profiles

A roster with a photograph, a position and a profile: attendance, coach's notes and a full injury history.

Guardians & consent

A guardian on every minor's record, and the date consent was given — which travels with the record when it is exported.

Departures & history

A player who leaves is not deleted: the record keeps their history, the squads they passed through and why they left.

Formations & line-ups

Type 4-3-3 and the positions place themselves; players are dragged onto the pitch.

No. Squadio runs entirely in the browser, on desktop or mobile — there's nothing to install.
Yes, we offer a free demo with no commitment. Fill in the contact form and we'll walk you through the platform.
Yes, Squadio is built for academies with multiple age groups and coaches, regardless of sport.
Yes. Each academy gets its own isolated data space and nothing is ever shared with other clients.

Yes. There is a published privacy policy, terms of use and a data processing agreement (DPA), acceptance recorded per user and per version, guardian consent recorded for every minor, and a record of who read which player. Player photographs are not kept on a public disk.
The academy account is disabled at once and its data is permanently deleted 30 days later. Within that window you can ask for an export of it, or call the deletion off.
